Question
Who are you and how can you help me improve my experience on- and off- the golf course?
Answer
I am a licensed mental health practitioner (NE #4792) and passionate recreational golfer. As your therapist caddie, I will provide you a unique psychotherapy experience and meet you at your preferred golf course as the context for a 5 hour therapy session. Before, during, and after "A Round of 18" we will partner as golfer-caddie & client-clinician.

Question
You have my attention - but how does this all work? Therapist and Caddie?? I don't understand!
Answer
When you sign up for "A Round of 18" it is the equivalent of scheduling 5 consecutive 60 minute psychotherapy sessions. The only thing that changes is context of our sessions together - it changes from my office to your preferred golf course.
Question
I am concerned about confidentiality - is the golf course a safe space to discuss sensitive matters?
Answer
I cannot guarantee 100% confidentiality "on the course" but I value integrity & hold myself to rigorous ethical standards personally & professionally. It is my intention to demonstrate ethical behavior throughout our work together. Please contact me via email (namastementalhealth@outlook.com) for further information & strategies I use to ensure maximum confidentially & privacy.

If you prefer to meet at my office, we can also make that happen.
Question
Other than the typical caddie services (e.g., carrying bag, providing shot yardages, tracking ball, tending the flagstick, etc.), what can I expect from a therapist caddie on the course?
Answer
Each round is customized to your individual therapy goals, but see pdf below for FOUR STEPS I commonly reference during "A Round of 18".
