PERSONAL: Outside of being a therapist, I am a husband to a loving & supportive wife and a father of three lively children. I wholeheartedly enjoy spending time in nature & identify as a yogi. In my free time, you may see me trail running, playing golf or disc golf, on a soccer pitch or playing basketball, tennis, or pickleball :)
